The Analysis Of Impact On Inter-regional Industry Transfer To The Transferred Place’s Industrial Structure Adjustment

At the continuously push of regional economic integration,the industrial transfer has becomean important means of adjustment of industrial structure.However,from the recent researchachievements,we can see that there are few empirical studies about the impact on interregionalindustry transfer to the transferred places’industrial structure adjustment,so this paper takes this as astarting point, and takes the Yangtze river delta for example is of important theoretical andpractical significance.This thesis according to the research methodology of “Pose question-analyze problem-solveproblem”, conducting a theoretical and empirical study about the Yangtze River Delta’s industrytransfer to industrial structure adjustment.At the beginning,this paper reviews the research situationof domestic and foreign scholars on the industrial transfer and industrial regulation,on thisbasis,analyzing the present situation of structure between three industries of Yangtze riverdelta,besides,it expounds the practical needs of adjustment.Then adopting the variable-coefficientfixed effects panel data model to analyze the influence degree of industry transfer of Yangtze riverdelta’s16cities to industrial structure adjustment.At last, putting forward some principles thatshould be followed,directions of industrial structure adjustment,countermeasures and suggestions.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, some conclusions can be listed asfollows: interregional industry shift can through marginal industrial transfer, advantages industrialexpansion, capital and technology transfer, production flow of factors to adjust the transferredplace’s industrial structure; There are outstanding problems of Long triangle’s industrial structure,such as adjusting speed behind economic development, the level of industrial structure is low, thereare serious industrial isomorphism phenomenon between two provinces and one city; Theempirical results show that long triangle’s most cities’ industrial transfer has significant role inpromoting industrial structure adjustment,so industrial transfer can be used as a mean to adjustindustrial structure; Long triangle can take various measures to adjust industrial structure,such asstrengthening the development of production factors market, promoting production factor flows,industry transfer combined with capital and technology transfer,developing characteristic industries.
