| As one of the important steps, industrial grads transfer between regions plays the key role in the economic development. Inside, it accelerates the industrial growth, and optimizes the industrial structure, which directly impact on the regional economy. On the other hand, it is also a magic weapon to harmonize the relationship between regions, which would put "win-win" effect into reality. When it comes to the study on Industrial Grads Transfer Theory, two important problems exist: What factors determine the industrial grads of an area? And, how does the law of industrial grads transfer act?Base on the data from the secondary industry of 30 sample cities, this dissertation adopts the method of empirical analysis — Primarily the statistical technique named "Prime Component Analysis (PCA)", to answer the basic question "what are the prime factors in determining the secondary industrial grads of the sample cities?" Then, with the help of the three-dimensional cubic charts of data-1978, data-1990, and data-2002, we approximately describe the law of industrial grads transfer between the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. The conclusion of this dissertation approximately acts in accord with both the mainstream arguments and the facts of the sample cities. After the empirical analysis, this dissertation brings forward some suggestions on industrial development strategy, as well as some material measures. |
