A Study On Chongqing Jiangbei Fertilizer Group’s Financial Management Mode

The enterprise groups in China have achieved rapid development from the reformand opening up. With the increase in the number of Group subsidiaries and thesubsidiaries being in different industries, the financial management of the subsidiaries forthe Group headquarters has become more complex. Therefore, the Group choosing whatkind of financial management model to enhance the financial management of thesubsidiary, is of paramount importance for the development of enterprise groups.This paper adopts Chongqing jiangbei fertilizer group existing "DividedDecentralized" financial management mode as the research object, combining with theactual chongqing jiangbei fertilizer group management and concludes that Chongqingjiangbei fertilizer group should employ the financial management model-focus onfinancial management mode in real time.The financial management mode can strengthenChongqing jiangbei fertilizer group’ management in group financing, investment andworking capital,cash and budget for the subsidiaries.First of all, we analysis the existing financial management mode of Chongqingjiangbei fertilizer group and summarize that subsidiaries are insufficient in financingmanagement, investment management and working capital management in "DividedDecentralized" financial management mode. It concludes that Chongqing jiangbeifertilizer group should be on real-time centralized management in financing, investment,working capital,cash and budget management.Finally, this article designs the financial management mode from the group’sfinancing management, investment management and working capital management andcash management. Firstly, it is to centralize group fund raising management. Secondly, itis the centralized management of the investment group. The last is the group workingcapital management,cash management and budget management for centralizingmanagement.In this paper, we provide references for Chongqing jiangbei fertilizer groupaccording to its own strategy of financial management mode and help chongqing jiangbeifertilizer to straighten out their own financial group, strengthen their relationship financialmanagement and promote their own performance.
