Research On Working Capital Management Of BL Clothing Company

During the 40 years of reform and opening up,China's small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly,which has brought great changes to the growth of national economy,alleviated the employment pressure of China and optimized the industrial structure.However,according to the survey,the average survival time of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China is less than three years,and all kinds of external factors and internal factors restricted the survival and healthy development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.Working capital occupied a considerable proportion of the assets in the small and medium-sized private enterprises.Because of the characteristics,most of the small and medium-sized enterprises are in the problems of cash flow shortage,financing difficulty and low capital turnover in working capital management.Therefore,improving the management level of working capital,optimizing the structure of funds and improving the efficiency of working capital have become the top priority in the process of small and medium-sized enterprises management.This article first introduces the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises,sets outthe relevant conceptions,contents,principles of the working capital and working capital management respectively,and then explains in detail how to effectively manage the cash,how to improve the management of accounts receivable,and how to improve the efficiency of inventory management,etc.Later,it explores the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in the management of working capital.Finally,taking BL clothing company as an example,it analyzes its current situation and existing problems of working capital management,examines the existing problems by scientific method,and puts forward the feasible solutions for these problems.
