Large-scale construction projects play an important role in national economy, beca-use of large-scale investment、multiple professional cross、complicated constructiontechnique and long construction period. In order to take the project into operation as so-on as possible, way of design and construction side by side is often employed in projectconstruction, which can be called Construction Management Mode (CM).Project mana-gement determines whether the project can be put into operation as soon as possible,whether the cost is reasonable and the quality is qualified. The main task of project ma-nagement is three targets control, namely, schedule control、cost control and qualitycontrol. It is favorable to realize the control objectives when control the three targetsseparately or control two of them coordinately. However, it is usually turned out thatone or two targets are good and the other is poor. In order to avoid above circumstancesin target control, it is necessary to control three targets integrated to reach best effect ofcomprehensive control.The construction mode of Large-scale construction projects is different from theway of construction after design, way of design and construction side by side is oftenused in construction. At first, three types of common procurement mode are introducedin the research on integrated control of multi objectives under CM mode, especially CMmode.It can speed up the construction process when using such mode. In theory,contractstructure, characteristics and application scope of CM mode is thoroughly formulated,which further defines the research object,namely,studies on multiple objective intergra-ted control for CM units under non-agent CM mode.Otherwise, activity duration param-eter types of program review technique and fuzzy network planning are analyzed based on network graph. Probability density of activity duration is a limited positive in the int-erval, and density curve appears a single peak pattern. At the beginning of project const-ruction under CM mode, all design tasks has not been completed with great uncertainty.The possibility of activity duration dropping into the latter part of a given interval timeis lager. Therefore, idea that activity procedure duration under CM mode follows righttype beta distribution is proposed. Then, the quantitative relationship among completionduration、completion cost、comprehensive quality with time are established based onactivity duration. Three target integrated control model is established on the basis ofdouble objective control model. Weighted average method is used to calculate multiobjectives programming model avoiding the disadvantages of little information whenusing genetic algorithm. Finally, a blast furnace body and its subsidiary project are vie-wed as the analysis case, MATLAB control procedure is written combining with themultiple objective integrated control process. The distribution maps of single target con-trol effect and comprehensive control effect are therefore obtained.After the comparisonand analysis on top10schemes with good comprehensive control effect, the optimumcontrol reference scheme is found out, which has a great guiding significance.This paper combines CM mode with integrated control theory, studies on multi obj-ective integrated control under CM mode have been done.The Statistical Histogram of asingle control index and integrated control index can be obtained,which can provide gu-idance to project object control from different aspects.Through the comparisons of thisstudy results and completion probability of a given period by three points, it is showedthat the latter overestimated the possibility of completed on time, underestimated the sc-hedule risk. This study not only provides a new train of thought for the CM mode mana-gement, but also inspires integrated control research under other mode.
