| ABSTRACT:As a complicated open system, according to the principle of systems engineering, the best of part is not the best. Only have the life-cycle and all elements of project in mind, take all objects of project into account and integrated management, can management add value to the project. This paper is based on expounding background and meaning of study and summarizing studying actuality home and abroad, and analyzes the actuality and characteristic, existent problems and their causes of construction project objective integration management in our country. And then on this base, it further studies five big objective control elements integration and assistant control elements integration based on achieving these objectives. So it establishes organic model about construction project objective integration management. Then through demonstration investigation of objective element integration, it puts forward advice on integration management of five big control elements in construction phrase. It seeks after one of comparatively feasible measures about construction project objective integration management, and desires project supervisors should have the ideas and thoughts on objective integration management, and can give attention to two or more things about schedule, cost, quality, safety, environment, and even take time, cost and quality into account simultaneously and keep the balance among them during the whole process of project management to improve the overall benefits of construction project.The innovation point of this paper is mainly based on the pioneers' studying achieves on schedule, cost and quality, and adds the two other elements - safety and environment and further studies all them. It has built corresponding organic model about construction project objective integration management and is expatiated on this organ. Ideas and thoughts of construction project integration management is significant, no matter in theory or in practice. |
