The Study On Integrated Management Of Construction Project Objective Control System

As a complicated open system, according to the principle of systems engineering, the best of part is not the best. Only have the life-cycle and all element of project in mind, take all objects of project into account and integrated management, can management add value to the project. This paper analyzes the meaning and characteristic of integration and integration management and then puts forward the concept of construction project objective integration management. The system of construction project integration management is set forth in this paper. The integrated management of whole life-cycle is one kind of time dimension, all elements integrated management is one of scope dimension, it include schedule cost quality safety risk scope etc. schedule cost and quality are the three basic objectives. And they are the objectives what owner concerns about. The integrated of the three major objects can take a comprehensive consideration of the project objectives. It can help optimize the objectives. However, at present the elements are considered as isolated, and the integration management of all elements is absent. Seeing that with the development of our country economy, there is a great demand for project management, the study on the principle, method and technology of construction project integration management is significant, no matter in theory or in practice.Project management is one kind of objective management;objective management is the core of the project management. However it is still week either in theory studies or in practices. It is necessary and meaningful to make analysis of existing problems and provide options for solution to enhance competition and level of construction management works and to make improvement of construction management. This thesis establishes objective system plan model, makes use of genetic arithmetic to get the objective amount. With WBS (work breakdown structure) method, distribute the objective to controllable work package. In the process of carrying out it, through taking use of improved earned value method, the variance can be found;manager can develop corrective action to assure the fulfillment of project objective. At the end of this paper, a case is given to examine the model. The results verify the feasibility of the model.This paper makes a study of the meaning of construction project integration management and the setting-up, optimization and control of the plan of constructionproject integration management. The method of construction project integration management is presented, which can take time, cost and quality into account simultaneously and keep the balance among them during the whole process of project management to improve the overall benefits of construction project.
