Research On The Path Of Logistics Of National Economic Mobilization

In recent years, natural disasters happen in the world again and again, and have caused hugeproperty damage and casualties. Developing effective emergency logistics system and improvingemergency material support ability is essential for solving all kinds of incidents. Because the road isthe main carrier of emergency materials distribution, and unexpected events such as earthquakes, mayseriously affect the road conditions, so that the original optimal distribution route faced withunpredictable risks, so the optimal distribution route is very necessary. Taking earthquake for example,the thesis studies on distribution order and the best distribution method about the emergency materialof the emergency logistics practically to provide efficient advice for relevant emergency managementdepartment and to improve emergency logistics management level and operational efficiency.The main work of this paper are as follows：Firstly the thesis introduces the background ofstudying emergency logistics distribution, then uses the Literature Review Method analyzing thestudy situation of home and abroad, finally points out the problems in China emergency logisticssystem. Secondly, the thesis uses Qualitative Analytical Method analyzing the sudden events,emergency logistics system and distribution system concepts and features, and gets the emergencylogistics support mechanism. Finally, the thesis chooses five objects appropriately to group thedisaster-affected areas, and decides the order of material distribution according to clusteringmethodology and emergency material distribution priority model. Based on time, cost and safety ofemergency material, the thesis determines comprehensive weighted function of emergency logisticsnet through the Dijkstra algorithm. By shortest path thought and program, the thesis gets the shortestpath of emergency material getting to every disaster-affected area, and moreover testifies it withcalculation.The result shows that in the emergency logistics system, through assorting the affected area withthe clustering methodology, determining the priority for distribution has important significance in theselection of distribution path. Time, cost and safety of emergency supplies work together andinfluence each other, and decide the mobilization of national economy logistics and distribution of thepath selection.
