There are more and more emergency in China recently which is much kind, high frequent, wide distributed and will cost huge loss. In order to protect the people's treasure and reduce the loss, the required material must be shipped to the disaster area as soon as possible and safely, which shows the reliable path is very important. On the other hand, the path which will be used to carry out emergency logistics was destroied under sudden-onset event,thus there is a profound theoretical and practical significance for reliable path finding under emergency logistics.In this paper, the author mainly uses the combining method of empirical and theoretical research, qualitative with quantitative analysis. First of all, through the study of reliable path finding under emeygency about home and abroad, the author gives the idea and overall frame of this study. Then the author provided a method of finding the shortest path without the probability distribution of arc's travel time, then get the shortest path gather(spg).From the spg, the author provided a method of finding expedite path with the information of physical and operated just about the path, so get the expedite path gather(epg). The epg can then be used to instruct the operation of traffic control which will also help the path better and better. At last, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for reliable path finding's performance evaluation, and finally summing up the case analysis and outlook.The purpose of this paper is to get shorter and expediter path under emergency logistics, then the result will be used to instruct to operating traffic control, which will also help the path better and better. The Mothod will help the government to make the reasonable scheme to help the material to be shipped to the disaster aera quickly and safely.
