Chinese logistics industry has grown rapidly since the beginning of the21century and modern logistics has become an important support for our country’ssustainable and rapid economic development. Along with the development ofdomestic logistics, TPS Logistics Co., LTD. has made great progress since itsfoundation. However, as internal and external environment of the enterprise changes,the company is now facing new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, how to makescientific development strategies to maintain stable and healthy development of thecompany is the key problem for TPS Logistics Co., LTD, to be solved at present.This paper firstly analysis the external environment of TPS Logistics Co., LTD.by using Potter’s five forces analysis model, and then conducts comprehensiveanalysis of the external environment by adopting (factor evaluation matrix); secondly,the internal resources and operation capability of the company are discussed andanalyzed, and meanwhile, the company’s comprehensive ability is analyzed throughthe combination of Delphi method and AHP analysis method; on the basis of this, thepaper utilizes SWOT analysis way to conduct matching analysis for the company’sstrategic selections so as to determine the overall strategy of the company; finally, thepaper puts forward some measures and suggestions for strategy implementation of thecompany.TPS Logistics Co., Ltd. should adopt reverse strategy for its futuredevelopment, and take the chance from the outer to offset its inner weakness. It needsto grasp the outer positive factors from the following two aspects: on one hand, thecompany can establish vertical alliance through building the cooperative relationswith customers to enhance its own competitiveness; on the other hand, the companycan establish horizontal alliance with other medium and small-sized logisticsenterprises which are in the same or different logistics activities with TPS so as toface the challenges from the opponent with its stronger ability and faster reaction.Readjusting the organizational structure, optimizing the combination ofmarketing elements, transforming the enterprise’s core competitive power, making thestrategic league and a series of other measures can make sure the implementation ofthe strategy.
