The small and medium-sized enterprise is an important part of China’s national economy,which plays an irreplaceable role in increasing employment,promoting economic growth,scientific and technological innovation,social harmony and stability.Since the beginning of the venture,faced with the pressure of survival,most of the small and medium enterprises have not developed a clear strategic planning objectives.In the context of economic downward pressure gradually increased,many small and medium enterprises to select the transition,in the key period of this transition,the development of a clear strategic planning is imperative.Author of the strategic management theory and domestic small and mediumsized enterprise management theory were introduced,analyzed and summarized the current status of strategic theory of small and medium enterprises in our country,sums up some advice to our country small and medium-sized enterprise development strategy are given,as well as the relevant development strategy research.The author takes the E company as the research object,the development of E,the company’s main business direction,organization structure and business performance has been combed.We come to the conclusion that E from the start stage to growth stage will face the transformation,and this transformation requires the support of strategic management theory.Then the situation analysis of E company should be how to choose and are engaged in the industry segments of the product line in transition.Finally,the internal factor evaluation matrix to assess the extent of the company to adapt to the environment.Through the above analysis,the development goal of E company in the transition period,to solve the internal competitiveness evaluation problems,using focused strategic adjustment of the company’s product line and market segments.For structure following strategy,adjust the corresponding organizational structure,with industry joint strategy to solve product can solve the local problems weaknesses,improve the overall service capacity.
