With the rapid development of the internet technology, ethemet and TCP/IP protocol have been a well known standard of network transmission. Instrument bus went through from 30 years ago GPIB to PXI and VXI. Then LXI instrument bus appears recent years. It makes a great development space and many opportunities for measurement and instrument technology which never have been ever before. Network measurement technology and network instrument will become more and more popular in future.At present, the technology of data acquisition has become a specialized technology and been widely used in the industrial field. But with the rapid development of information science, people have made ever-increasing demands on data acquisition system for the collection accuracy and acquisition speed and storage capacity. The development of high-speed, high-precision and high- capacity data acquisition module based on the technology of LXI bus is not yet ripe. So this thesis has combined the technology of LXI bus and the system of high-speed data acquisition, and applied the high-speed parallel data collection system which based on LXI on electronic measurement.First of all, this dissertation has studied LXI standard with emphasis, analyzed the technical frame of LXI standard in detail, including network news triggering, hardware triggering, LXISync specification, LAN, Web, etc. and introduced IEEE 1588 specification and IVI specification, which are related to LXI standard. The design scheme of data acquisition system which meet the functional and the technical specifications requirements of equipment was put forward based on related technique difficult and theoretical research. We designed and debugged the hardware circuit of system which selected FPGA as the main control chip and PC-common memory as cache. Before starting the task, I made lots of work about it, such as study of high-speed data collection circrit, LXI bus technology and design method of high speed digital system. Finally, we compiled monitor programs, ADC control program, data processing program and interface communication program with the language of VHDL, and debugged the whole system.The modules of high-speed data collection system are commonly used mgasurement modules. It has great significance to promote the research and development of LXI bus technique.
