Application Of RFID Technology To Manufacture Industry

In recent years, as the key technology to realize ubiquitous networks community, RFID start to be applied in a variety of fields. RFID technology has gradually become the indispensable technical tools to improve the SCM logistics level, reduce costs, business management information for the manufacture enterprises.On the RFID technology application model in manufacture industry, this paper proposed RFID system application model of parts management based on the analysis of the problems in parts management and the research to the RFID system requirement and five major management module have been divided into 10 specific section for the exploration and study of the detail application process.On the overall software and hardware structure of RFID system, the application model of parts information management RFID system have been translated into specific system software module and hardware platform which support the entire system and the overall software and hardware structure have been designed.On the detailed design of RFID system, the paper proposed the design scheme for system approach of major sector, and discusses the RFID middleware and proposes the solution of deploying the comprehensive RFID system by hardware middleware.On the test of the whole RFID system, this paper discusses the main process, the scope as well as the test object of the integration test for the RFID system, studies how to design the test item and analyses the test results to do the feedback measures. This section discusses the test content and rules of application test, studies the application test of RFID deployment solution by the typical scenario test.
