In multi-Agents System, the people, workpieces and other equipments in the factory are abstracted as sensible, cooperative and automotive Agents. It can control and manage the manufacturing systems by the cooperation and negotiation among the Agents. However, it is difficult to realize the Agent System. Redio freguency Identity (RFID for short) technology can satisify the real time control and tracing in the manufacture factory. Now, the RFID technology has been the hotspot of the manufacturing area. Now the RFID can help Agents to coorperate with each other well. So it has a good future by combining these two technologies in manufacture systems.Combining with the Agent antilogy, this paper focuses on studying RFID technology using in plan and risk-anticipating manufacturing multi-Agent system. We analyze and design the job plan and risk anticipating in multi-Agents modeling and the behaviour of the Agents. We also analyze the functions and influences of the RFID in the multi-Agents system, which includes the RFID readers'distribution and control, and the structure of information in RFID tag. Then we offer the algorithms for the Agents. At last, we abstract the manufacturing control by RFID technology and offer the manufacturing oriented RFID middleware.The main theoretic and creative points of this paper are as follows: the design of the three layars of the multi-Agents with RFID; the function and data structure analysis of the RFID, and the pertinent algorithms; and design of the manufacturing oriented RFID middleware.First, we analyze the status of multi-Agents modeling and RFID using in munafacturing, and offer the concept of combining them. Second, we design the assigning and cooperating multi-Agents systems, and offers the influences of the RFID to this systems and the modeling of the data in RFID. Then we offer the job planning and risk-anticipating algorithms. Based on the requirement from the manufacturing of the RFID, the author updates the leaf Server in the RFID middleware to fulfill the needs of the manufacturing use. At last, the author realizes the basic function of the system.
