In view of the present situation of traditional decision-making of large-scale coal enterprises, coal sale decision-making expert system used modern decision technology and intelligent technology, based on market information, customer information, production information, industry information, national policy, rail capacity and many other data, combined expert decision-making experience, and then formulated the best support decision with scientific analysis from established logic. The construction of coal sale decision-making expert system will play an active role in product sales decision-making for the enterprise, and effectively improve scientificalness and effectiveness of the enterprise.In view of characteristics of sales decision-making in Large-scale coal enterprises, network control, intelligent control, software engineering and other related technologies were comprehensively used,and key technology and developmental method of coal sales decision making expert system (CDES)were studied. The main contents include:1)Background and significance of CDES were analyzed, and through the study of development and status of home and abroad, the future trends of CDES were discussed.2)Expert system were detailed studied from the structure, development, classification, characteristics, work process etc.aspects.3) Firstly, the structural characteristics of networked expert systems were introduced from based on web and distributed two type. Secondly, integrated cloud computing technology, networked expert system based on cloud computing were studied. Finally, the characteristics and application of networked expert systems were researched.4) Combine the characteristics of large coal groups, design goals and functional requirements of CDES were analyzed, and platform architecture model based cloud computing, the internal system structure and the main functional modules were detailed designed with relevant technology.5) Based on the actual developing process, through the class diagram analysis of system inference engine, explain facility, fact base, management of knowledge base, the realization of the main modules of the system were completed. Based on the knowledge representation and reasoning strategies of sales decisions, CDES comprehensive integrated intelligent sales information database and expert knowledge base, and get conclusions through simulated reasoning logic of experts. CDES could provide decision-makers who make scientific decision with a reliable reference.In the infomationization construction of large-scale coal groups, the development of CDES could provide decision-makers with decision-making and forecasting of client marketing plans which based on market supply and demand, dynamic data and customer information. The results of paper, including system analysis, program design, module design, developing methods and techniques, can be applied to various types of network decision-making expert system. Network coal sales decision-making expert system will not only help sales management of large-scale coal group to promote its modernization and scientization, and enhance the core competitiveness of coal enterprises, but also encourage large-scale coal groups converge with the international coal industry, and accelerate the step of global economic integration.
