Design And Implementation Of Medical Expert Cloud Diagnosis System

With cloud computing theory being put into practice, the smart cloud diagnosis system may come true. The smart cloud diagnosis system mainly aims to local diagnosis system expert database for all hospitals and network all local diagnosis expert databases via cloud computing platform, thus achieving resource share. For example, the hospital A is specialized in pediatrics and the hospital B has more advantages in orthopedics; for convenience purpose, patients may see the doctor at thehospital A’s orthopedics department and the pediatric patients may visit the hospital B’s pediatrics department by use of smart cloud expert diagnosis system. Furthermore,pediatrics and orthopedics treatment may be implemented in local community hospitals.Common diseases may be diagnosed at home via login the cloud platform.This thesis firstly introduces the problems suffered by the patients of domestic medical systems and summarizes the causes thereof. By combining application of cloud computing technology and expert-aided diagnosis system, this thesis explains and analyzes the value and significance of this system. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the current situations at home and abroad and puts forward the technical proposal implementing this system. Subsequently, the thesis makes analysis of feasibility,design model and system requirement, and describes the use case diagram, database analysis & hierarchical structure of the system to be designed. Through R&D and design in a systematic way, the functions including system login, diagnosis processing,medical records management, model maintenance, pathology case maintaining, system management and report management can be implemented. At last, by use of professional test software and applicable system test method, this thesis provides for the specifications and requirements for the performance and test of the system, thus verifying the feasibility, improvement and functional deliverable of the system proposal.
