Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, POD has been one of the focuses of discuss in publishing and printing circles. By the look of publication activity of the books, it is two concepts of linking to each other closely to publish and print. Realization and extensive using of POD will bring the new revolution to publish circle and circle of printing. On the basis of the characteristic of POD, not only POD can solve a great deal of problems that publishing house, at the same time brought the new profit space .So it is very necessary to introduce the POD system in the publishing houses. The prospect of POD is very captivating, but in fact has been not popularized extensively in the books publishing business, the enthusiasm of the domestic publishing house using POD. So there are far-reaching meanings to probe into the development bottleneck and development tactics of publishing house for Popularization of POD and the whole publishing business. The first chapter is introduction that narrate research background and the purpose and research approach; The second chapter is the summary of POD, including it's rising, concept , characteristic and application in the publish circle to be defined; The third chapter is the analysis of the necessity and feasibility which POD is introduced to the books publishing house; The fourth chapter is the application analysis of POD in the publishing house ,including Typical analysis , bottleneck analysis. The fifth chapter is the mode and tactics analysis of POD used in the publishing house, including present business mode, development tactics and future development model. Finally it is Conclusion, clearing the research results of the article and problem waited to study.
