Bend is widely used in air conditioning, water heater, refrigerator, automotive and other manufacturing industries. The forming of tube needs many processes, such as cutting, shaping on the end of tube, bending and unloading. At present, processing equipment is basically to complete one of the procedures. At the same time, the feeding and blanking process are required to have a special person to be responsible for the clamping or removing works. Many shortcomings are showed up in this processing mode, such as the investment cost of purchasing equipment is increased, power consumption is much bigger and it is a waste of labor. Most importantly, the machining precision and machining efficiency cannot be guaranteed.With the development of social economy, the improvement of automation level and the progress of machinery manufacturing, the problems of energy crisis, material wasting, labor shortage are also more and more evident. The research on integral tube processing equipment which sets cutting, shaping on the end of tube, bending and unloading all in one plays an important role in optimizing mechanical structure, lowering costs, reducing labor, avoiding the massive duplicated work.The core idea about on-line detecting method and control system scheme of integrated tube processing is studied deeply in this paper. The main work which is completed in this paper is summarized as follows:Firstly, the research status about processing, control technology and processing equipment is analyzed in this article. Because bending is the key part of processing, so the traditional bending mode and novel bending mode are analyzed and compared as focus. Finally, the bending mode of roundabout is selected as the research content in this article.Secondly, According to the detailed analysis of cutting, shaping on the end of tube and bending technological processes, the overall process of integrated tube processing is designed and the whole structure is constructed. The electrical system, mechanical structure, hydraulic and pneumatic system are analyzed in detail respectively. Finally, the operating feature in the process of machining is summarized, and then, the requirement of detection and control are put forward.Thirdly, On-line detecting method of integrated tube processing is researched in this article, including displacement and position detecting.5kinds of displacement detection methods, such as rotating transformer, inductive synchronous encoder, grating, and magnetic grid, are compared and analyzed. The contact detection and non-contact detection are compared in position detection.Fourthly, In order to solve the problems of the existing processing, the servo structure is designed in this article, including servo actuator and the feedback form. In additional, the overall scheme based on Field bus Control is designed. And then, prfibus-dp, PLC and slave station are explained respectively.
