The main purpose of this paper is to track consumers, through the data mining technology mining member consumption data, in order to keep consumer’s consumption information, this paper constructs the member management system to member management analysis system, and at the same time increase the members of integral, consumer income integral can not only to now, but also can realize different stores interchange between consumption.This paper is based on membership management bring in the RFM analysis method, for the business strategy to formulate and improve.This paper puts forward the classification model based on three indicators of the average amount of consumption, frequency of consumption of members and membership retention time,through the extraction of the consumer behavior data by using SPSS software and K-means algorithmto classify instances of members, then according to different values of the members to adopt corresponding marketing strategy, causes the enterprise and memberof the benefit maximization.In order to hold member consumption information, this paper construct integral management system platform to carry on the management system of members, it is applicable for various chain stores member management mode.The system adopts B/S mode, Web application server to provide different stores using the points platform online data management support and and by way of Web stores trading forwarding processing. The points platform Web application using JSP+Java+Apache technology completed integration and development.Its main features:support cross-platform, franchisee points exchange, and credit card binding,the unified accounting and consumption, etc.This system not only can be used for the franchisee internal also applies to napa stores exchange between integral use, this system through the integral card and credit card binding, and at the same time integral consumption can be on different between store consumption can make people from one person has more than one card out of the trouble free.Points actuarial is the key but also very difficult to the system.Through the statistics of designated stores on cumulative gives points, accumulated points to take that back with the difference, According to the ipoints exchange rate and then calculates the amount that the store be need to submit or given.By recheneinheiting about the points and the funds can convenient to settle the different stores’s settlement problem, and also provide a convenient way to manage stores’s balance of payments.
