The Application And Research Of Data Mining Classification Technology In Fitness Club Management

With the rapid development of informatization, there are large amounts of data generating in all walks of life every day. In the past ,we just simply treat these data, like inquiry,delete, statistics, and no further analysis to find the information that good for the development of enterprise and society. This is totally a waste of the information resources. Along with the computer technology, especially the data mining technology development, the resolution of this problem got effective method. The data mining technology is a new and developing interdiscipline subject , after decades of hard work, the data mining technology is widely used in many fields, and achieved good effect.Classification technology is a kind of method more used in data mining, from the data set extractes a model by classification that describes a data type (usually show by decision tree or rules ), and sets each object of data set to a given category , and then could predict the future data in which category. This article through to study various classification algorithm to conclude their advantages and disadvantages, provides the basis of choosing C4.5 algorithm. C4.5 classification algorithm improved the ID3 algorithm can't handle continuous data and multi-valued bias problems.Based on the background of the fitness club needs, establishes a set of scientific information management system and imports historical data, this paper focuses on the application of decision tree classification technology, and the classification of C4.5 decision tree algorithm uses to predict function of member renewal in the system. Through managers empirical analysis, choose several factors that affect member renewal, choose the recent renewal of membership information from a database. Doing eliminate noise, discretization etc corresponding processing to these data, making its be suitable for data mining. Using C4.5 classification algorithm processe membership renewal records to classification, extract classification rules. Using these rules predict member renewal, assist the managers to make corresponding strategy to keep customs, for the healthy development of the club providing forceful support.
