On Livelihood Archives Resources System Construction

Livelihood issues directly related to national development and social stability. It’s increasingly in importance as the focus of social concern. The17th National People’s Congress has put the "people-oriented" and "improving social construction which focusing on the livelihood" to the agenda. Archival work should also advance with the times in order to improve people’s livelihood and to carry out the livelihood archives creatively.2007, National Archives proposed to comprehensively implement the Scientific Development Concept, strengthen the livelihood archives to achieve the "two transformations" and to establish "two systems". The establishment of "livelihood archives resources system" and "livelihood archives utilization system" is the most important work. The first and foremost task is to establish the "livelihood archives resources system".Livelihood archives resources system contains four aspects of the livelihood archives resources, including the public archival institutions, the internal archival institutions, villages and streets, families. Livelihood archives grouped into the following nine:education management livelihood archives; labor employment and training livelihood archives; income distribution livelihood archives; health livelihood archives; old-age security livelihood archives; housing livelihood archives; agriculture livelihood archives; social management livelihood archives; urban development and environment protection livelihood archives.The research of livelihood archives resources system enriches the connotation and extension of livelihood archives and also promotes the archives work. This paper analyzes the background of livelihood archives on connotation, denotation, types and characteristics, and analyzes the composition and construction of livelihood archives resources system deeply. Provide the basis and advices to establish and improve livelihood archives resources system.This paper summarizes the research results on livelihood archives, explore the content of livelihood archives, the composition of livelihood archives resources system and the construction of livelihood archives resources system. This paper divided into the following five parts:Part1:Introduction.
