Study object of the high frequency inverter power supply is induction heating power supply. Based on the background of induction heating power supply as well as the development at home and abroad, lists the two kinds of resonant induction heating. Comparison between the topology and according to the project requirements, select the series resonant as the topology structure of high frequency inverter. Power regulations on the series resonant inverter topology are also briefly introduced, and through the comparison of the several methods, choose the phase-shift control as the subject of the power control mode.The series resonant inverter circuit working states are analyzed, capacitive, inductive and resistive. The loss of the inductive and resistive state is minimum, the best work condition of switching. And the detailed calculation and design of the main components, and the auxiliary power, matching transformer, current transformer and resonant inductance are given.The focus of this paper is to through the analysis of the ZVS converter the voltage and current waveform, and the shunt capacitance discharge and charge, calculating the exact dead time formula is given, minimize the losses and increasing overall efficiency. The main circuit, frequency tracking circuit, power control circuit and drive circuit are designed.Finally, the paper of the various parts of the debugging waveforms, the results show each parit can work properly. Finalization of the whole composition, and commissioning, the machine runs well. Tests show that this design can achieve the preset requirements. |
