Induction heating is a heating technology employing electromagnetism induction phenomenon to generate eddy on workpiece and employing eddy to heat the workpiece.The widely application of induction heating technology in industrial field can significantly improve the abrasion resistance of metallic work and the metal fatigue resistance strength,and enable the gained workpiece to have the characteristics of smaller shape change,lower brittleness and better hardness.In nowadays where the global energy is being exhausted and environmental pollution is becoming severe,the high-efficiency and environmental-protection heating process technology becomes more and more important.The dual-frequency induction heating technology has apparent advantage in the quenching application of wheel gear and other workpieces with heterogeneous surfaces.Since there are two eddies of different frequencies,the characteristic of different frequencies having different skin depths can be fully utilized to decrease the cost and energy consumption of industrial application,and to fully increase the quenching efficiency.This thesis,with the synchronous dual-frequency induction heating power based on dual-inverter bridge structure,designs dual-frequency power synthesis circuit to realize the stable dual-frequency frequency.The thesis mainly researches and solves the power output,resistance frequency performance,impedance matching,frequency tracking' s affect on dual-frequency network and other key technological points.Meanwhile,the simulink simulation modeling of the dual-frequency induction heating power is conducted,and the theoretical correctness of this thesis is verified by the simulation results primarily.Finally,based on the theoretical research,hardware design and practical manufacturing,the author establishes the synchronous dual-frequency induction heating power experimental platforms of 10 k Hz intermediate frequency and 200 k Hz high frequency output to research and a nalyze the load waveform of intermediate frequency and high frequency electric seas under single working state or combination working state.The stability and independence of the dual-frequency output of the researched and designed synchronous dual-frequency induction heating power are verified and the power synthesis of the intermediate frequency and high frequency is realized.Both the intermediate frequency and high frequency realize 20-100 kW stable power output in the experiment.As a result,the thesis lays a good foundation and provides a further research topic for the dual-frequency output of high power in industrial application.
