Induction heating power supply is the use of eddy current heating of theworkpiece a device has many advantages as a result of the industry has been widely used. At present, the domestic intermediate frequency power supply is already very mature, high-frequency power in the frequency, capacity and so on yet to be improved. In this paper, high-frequency power supply is therefore a theoretical analysis and research, the main contents include the following:In this paper, the design of high frequency induction heating power supply using a voltage-type PWM rectifiers through its direct current control strategy has been three-phase voltage-type PWM rectifier mathematical model, simulation model set up by the relevant curve. Not only reduce the use of PWM rectifier side of the net harmonic currents to achieve a network of lateral sinusoidal currents, and increased the input power factor.According to the traditional PID control theory and the neural network theory, the paper design of a single neuron PID controller, the neural network through the online self-learning ability to adjust the parameters of PID controller, which both the neural network and traditional PID the benefits of control. In this paper, single neuron PID controller applied to phase-shifted inverter control strategy for reactive power transfer, and frequency tracking technology used to maintain the power of the output power stability, improved system control precision and reliability.Induction heating power as a result of heating by the complexity of the workpiece so that a single high-frequency inverter induction power find it difficult to adjust, so this paper, two-inverter structure, through the experimental results prove that the two inverters can work alone, but also the coordination of, and can adjust the power output of the inverter sizes.
