With the deepening of China’s education reform, higher education is gradually universal, all colleges and universities in recent years to expand the scale of enrollment, the number of students eruption growth, in the face of huge groups of students, how to be more scientific, standardized, and efficient unified managementcreate a convenient environment for university students in school learning, life, and the current problems to be solved by the colleges and universities. The campus card came into the campus network information platform, RF smart card system for the carrier to achieve a unified centralized management of the campus. Card is bound to be a trend of the future campus development of modern management.Card System to establish on the basis of digitized campus network of the campus network originally independent data system phase connected to form a data network, specification and unification which data, in order to guarantee the security of information, but also need to establish a system of security mechanisms.Issues, the need for campus management, discusses the overall architecture of the campus card system, and function, and the two of them typical subsystem:the restaurant consumer and water control system made a detailed introduction.
