With the rapid development of science and education in our country, the promotion and use of campus one card is one of the manifestations. Campus card use of the main places, including the canteen, supermarket consumption, library books,library, computer room, multimedia classroom rental, faculty and staff attendance and access control, etc.. Through the construction of the campus card system implementation, the realization of the use of a campus card instead of a variety of documents and cash. On the basis of the network platform, the data will be aggregated to the card database. This management model will replace the traditional management mode, so that the campus management is more efficient, convenient and safe.First of all, the paper describes the development trend of campus card, and the relationship between campus card and digital campus. The overall structure of the campus card, each module and the security of a number of analysis, and then combined with the needs analysis, the various functional modules designed to achieve a seamless connection between the various modules. In this paper, the design of the database table is designed, and the data flow of each module in the system is summarized.This system uses Web service technology, combined with Server SQL database,with the campus network as the network foundation, realizes the consumption,identity authentication, information inquiry and other functions of the digital campus construction. Campus digital management model, accurate statistics, save labor costs,and facilitate the daily life of teachers and students.
