The detection and correction of the aberration caused by the turbulent atmosphere are very important for the wave propagation and astronomic imaging. The laser guide star using the reflected light of the object, because of the double passage problem, the global tilt message may be lost, while it takes 87% of the all wave front discrepancy, the observation object always be the extended, so it is really important for us to study using extended object drawing the global tilt message caused by turbulence, which has important application value for beam of light's directional collimation, remote sensing detection and efficient tracking. Correlation tracking being highly regarded and widely used on many domains. The global tilt message caused by the atmosphere turbulence can be extracted using the cross-correlation coefficient algorithm and the sum of absolute difference algorithm. In this article, first, introducing the principle of the cross-correlation coefficient algorithm and the sum of absolute difference algorithm and giving the algorithms' programmable realization, giving detailed demonstrating to the program, and giving the correcting control algorithms' programmable realization combing with the two algorithms.Second, giving the two algorithms' validity validate, combining the message from the H-S wave front sensor and the angel message from the wheel, validate the validity from qualitative and quantificational point of view.At last, seeing about the algorithms' applicability. Mostly seeing about the object's characteristic systemic noise and image processing, drawing that it is validate for the two algorithms using extended object to obtain the global tilt message. Emphasizing on seeing about the noise's influence, for Gaussian noise and salt & pepper noise, giving the best filtering methods and giving illumination for algorithms' validity after image smoothing, edge detection and image segmentation.
