The vibration table is used to test equipment with real vibration environment in the laboratatory.The vibration table can be used for evaluation of the ability of components, spare parts and entirety to resist in the vibraton environment.The vibration table is used in national defense, aviation, aerospace, communications, electroncs, automobiles, and household appliances industry. Therefore the vibration table is very important to product design and industrial production.Vibration test gets different vibration effects by inputting different excitation signals.The key link of electromagnetic vibration table test is to generate and control waveform. With the development of the vibration table to multiple degrees of freedom and portable device. This paper selects direct digital synthesis technology(DDS) to generate multi-channel high speed sine with strictly synchronous and control by amplitude PID reference value PID. For random wave, because of the nonlinear factors in complex systems.This paper introduces LMS adaptive control theory and gets the desired response by controling experiment system real-time with combining the system parameter estimation and controller design algorithms.In this paper, overall designing is given according to the general characteristics of electromagnetic vibration table.Then introduces the principles and characteristics of DDS technology in generating waveform.This peper introduced the PID control principle and gives the PID calculation method for the system design; This paper Introduces the LMS adaptive control method and a single channel, dual channel, multi channel are deduced and simulated in MATLAB.At last, we build a single channel test circuit, programming the control algorithm and transplanted to ARM system.After debugging,a good result is received. The system has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, simple operation, good performance.
