Linear vibration table system is an important experimental equipment for accelerometer caliberation, which offers a large acceleration in order to identify the higher-order error item coefficients of the acceleration model. The high quality of acceleration wave--less distortion and high stablity of the acceleration magnitude—is needed of the linear vibration table. So far,there has not been related research yet in domestic. It turns out to be difficult to research a proper type of linear vibration table to satisfy the need of accelerometer caliberation due to the variable influential factors.The paper is concentrated on the disturbence of noise and friction which leads to the poor distortion and stability of acceleration magnitude and the key techniques have been broken through.The paper deduces the model of the linear vibration table and the closed-loop control system through SVPWM method, and then realizes the closed-loop linear vibration table control system with the programmable multi-axes controller(PMAC). The paper analyses the anamorphic command acceleration signal and actual actual acceleration signal with the DFT method and then searches for the source of noise among the command programme and algorithm of programmable multi-axes controller, the electromagnetic disturbance of the driver and truncaded error of the linear scale. The accurate command acceleration signal and actual acceleration signal are achieved through changing the mode of motion of the linear vibration table and using the linear tracking-differentiator.In the end, the paper analyses the influence of friction disturbence on sine wave vibration, repeats the influence of the friction on the actual acceleration of the linear vibration table system through simulation, and then identifies and compensates certain friction model with adaptive robust method for the linear vibration table system,which turns out to be a better result.
