Electromagnetic driven vibration slot conveyor-its function is to flatten the tobacco leaves on the assembly line,making the tobacco leaf flowing into the next process.The design of electromagnetic vibration slot is committed to replace the original purely motor-driven vibration slot,solving the problem of wasting power,noise and maintenance of the latter.Compared with purely motor-driven and on the basis of energy saving and environmental protection,electromagnetic driven vibration slot adds feedback regulation and protection mechanism,meanwhile,it can realize human-computer interaction,which is convenient for developers to implement real-time monitoring and control.In the structure,the electromagnetic driven vibration slot conveyor mainly consists of two parts: mechanical actuators and electrical control systems.The mechanical actuator mainly drives the tank motion through the electromagnetic device.As the main research content,the electrical control system is designed based on the STM32 master chip.Output the variable frequency three-phase voltage through the inverter technology,makes the electromagnetic coil generate a magnetic field.The feedback regulation and protection mechanism can be realized through the collection of vibration displacement and temperature signal.Through the LCD screen serial communicating with the host system of,set the working parameters,display work status,control slot movement,achieving humancomputer interaction.This paper studies and designs the hardware structure of the system,writes various software modules,debugs the system,completing the development of the entire system.In the future,electromagnetic driven vibration slot is the development trend of tobacco delivery device,which will gradually replace the pure motor-driven vibration slot and achieve the goal of energy saving and environmental protection.
