Angular vibration table is an experimental device used for vibration testing.The test piece is fixed on the surface of the angular vibrating table,and the vibration of the angular vibrating table is used to simulate the force of the test piece in vibration,so as to the service life and vibration resistance are tested.The high precision reproduction of sinusoidal vibration waveform is an important content in the research of angular vibration table.Sinusoidal vibrations are generally used to simulate the vibration caused by rotating machinery or the vibration at the natural frequency of structure,which is used to assess the vibration strength and fatigue strength.At the same time,the natural resonance frequency of the high frequency angular vibration table may be covered by the working bandwidth.Therefore,the resonance factor must be considered in the control of the angular vibration table,otherwise the system accuracy may be reduced,and even accidents may be caused.In this paper,the development status of angular vibration table research at home and abroad is first sorted out and analyzed,and the main research content and significance of the subject are introduced: the working principle of the electric angular vibration table is introduced,and the mathematical model of the angular shaker is established through the analysis of vector control;Based on the double inertia model,the mechanical resonance model of the system is obtained,and the reason for the change of resonance point is briefly analyzed.Secondly,for the high frequency position sinusoidal input signal,the system response has serious distortion.In order to improve the precision of sinusoidal waveform reproduction,the amplitude and phase controller is designed.It uses LMS algorithm to adjust the network weight according to the error between the input signal and the actual position response,and takes the output of the network as the input signal of the system to eliminate the amplitude error and phase error.Compared with the traditional adaptive filter structure,the advantage of rapidity of amplitude and phase control structure is clarified.Through simulation,the influence of step size of LMS algorithm is analyzed.Through simulation and experiment,the effectiveness of amplitude and phase control in variable load is verified.Finally,in order to eliminate the influence of mechanical resonance on the dynamic performance of the system,a resonance identification strategy based on the extreme seeking algorithm is proposed.The resonant signal is obtained by filtering the output of the controller,and a band-pass filter with variable center frequency is introduced to identify the resonant frequency by using the extreme search algorithm.The effectiveness of the above resonance identification scheme is verified by simulation and experiment.
