Vibration environment simulation has been widely used in many fields, such as aeronautics, astronautics, military and industry. It is an important means for testing the reliability of Mechanical and electrical equipment.In order to improve the control accuracy of the beat frequency vibration of a service hydraulic vibration table, this research has made a deep analysis on the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo mechanism firstly. Based on the field experiment, digital simulation and analysis, the causes of the nonlinearity have been investigated, it is concluded that the dead zone and the backlash of the position response results in high frequency isolation of the acceleration response and that deteriorates the control accuracy. The vibration controller based on adaptive inverse control has been designed, the feasibility of which has been demonstrated via simulation and field trial,the practical deviation of the vibration acceleration is well within the tolerance.Finally, expanded the adaptive inverse control strategy to the frequency domain, completed the design of the PSD replication.
