TD-LTE is the next-generation standard of TD-SCDMA which is one of the third generation mobile communication standard, it has a lower transmission delay and higher transfer rates, more flexible spectrum allocation of resources. As China Mobile put TD-SCDMA system into commercial applications, large-scale commercial TD-LTE research are expanding on a global scale. TD-LTE system simulation platform is designed to test the mobile terminals which is part of the TD-LTE industry chain and to positively promote the development of the TD-LTE industry.TD-LTE system simulation platform provides the user a test platform between the layers of the protocol, and detect whether the function of each module is in accordance with the requirements in the protocol. The platform aim to simulate eNode B and part of the core network functions, send cell broadcast messages, deal with the random access of the terminal and the RRC connection establishment request, sending test data to test terminal RF conformance. The research and development of TD-LTE system simulation platform is of great significance, to realize the function of TD-LTE MAC is the basis of the platform which has a certain value. The main content of the thesis is the study of TD-LTE MAC layer protocol, and in-depth study of HARQ processes, designs and implements the MAC layer scheduling and HARQ entity in the TD-LTE system simulation platform.The main content of the paper is as followinggfirst, introduces the research background and significance of the topic and the key technologies in the system architecture of the TD-LTE. second, study MAC scheduling protocol in detail, designed and implemented semi-persistent scheduling function of MAC layer for the uplink and downlink respectively; study the HARQ scheduling principles and mechanisms in detail, designed and implemented HARQ-related functions, including the framework of the design and realization of the process flowchart. In the end, make a summary and prospect for the following work.
