With the demand of oil and gas energy continues to increase in this year, China’s oil and gas pipeline construction continue to grow faster. The total mileage of the oil and gas pipeline in2015is expected to reach100,000km. It has important practical significance to design a kind of long-distance wireless communication network nodes for oil and gas pipeline data transmission to solve the problem of low efficiency of the manual operation in pipeline monitoring data acquisition and data management.This paper make deeply analysis and research for the theory of the BALUN, filter circuit, RF front-end power amplifier circuit, low-noise amplifier circuit, battery charging and power management circuit,etc. Through the use of ADS RF circuit design software and Polar si impedance calculation software, the paper design a kind of wireless network node suitable for the fieldwork environment with a good power emission performance and higher receiver sensitivity. In actual test, the maximum peak transmit power of the network nodes is5.3W, the receiver sensitivity better than-130dBm, the maximum communication distance between two nodes up to4.1km, data packet loss rate of the9km long wireless communication network composed by ten nodes is0.5%. By the way of output power control to achieve the balance of the node remote transmission and energy consumption.The indicators of wireless communication network node meet the design requirements. The design is stable and reliable.
