In recent years, with the further increasement of the long-distance oil and gas pipelines, it needs to invest a lot of manpower and financial resources to monitor the oil and gas pipelines to ensure the safe operation, not only that, the manual collection of data at one time is very unfavorable to make decision on oil pipeline state because of the great span and poor synchronization. Therefore, it is very important to develop a real-time and large-data upper intelligent visualization management platform based on C/S structure. The project objective depended on the paper is to develop a set of intelligent systems based on the wireless sensor network, and collecting, transmitting, managing oil pipeline cathodic protection data. In order to reduce power consumption of the collectors and improve the stability that nodes collect and transmit data, the paper carried out wireless remote communication design work between the controlling server and the sink node, at the same time, the paper carried out the design and development work of cathodic protection data intelligent management platform to timing acquisition and labor management of data. This paper mainly completed the following work.1. iWSN protocol stack and hardware analysis.2. Wireless remote communication system framework design between the controlling server and the sink node.3. Design the hardware and software parts of the sink node bused on2;4. Design the point-to-point wireless remote communication protocol and the upper controlling software based on2;5. Design and develop data management platform through the research and analysis of serial communication,.NET platform, SQL Server database, rights management.
