The Design And Implement Of Converged Communication Controller

In the3G era, Research Institute of China Telecom, forsatisfying people’s demand for the convergence of communication services, proposes a new platform concept, as is converged communications services controller platform. Research Institute of China Telecom hopes that the platform is based on the convergence of computer technology and traditional communication technologies, integratating of text messaging,. voice and video communications and other basic service all above are based on IP.The platform also provides formal open interface to industrial applications and promotes the telecommunications business to Internet trending.Basing on the research of theory and technology, the system is implemented for Research Institute of China Telecom. This paper will make an introduction to the procedure.First, combining with IMS-based converged communications network architecture, overall scheme of converged communications is given. And at the same time, converged communications working mode is discussed, including Service Workingand Subscribe Working Mode.Then it conductes a detailed analysis of the demand for converged communications services controller system. Out of the Service Working Mode, the design of the overall structure of the system and software architecture is completed. Surrounding the main achievements above, the system core module design and WebService interface definition as well as the design of the system critical business processes are completed.And then out of the design, the system is implemented based on the UniFrame development platform. It also conducts a complete test analysis on the main module and business processes with soft terminal to verify the feasibility of converged communications solutions. Finally, the paper improves the overall solution of the converged communications, as well as a summary of work done and the improvement to be done.
