In recent years,various public emergencies and large-scale natural disasters have occurred around the world,so the research and development of emergency communication systems have become more and more important.Based on the national project of "Research and Application Demonstration of Key Technologies of Converged Emergency Communication Based on National Radio and Television System",this thesis combines a variety of different network systems to complete the design,realization and verification of a multi-link converged emergency communication system.Based on the requirements of the emergency communication system for emergency response capability and reliability,this thesis designs a multi-service transmission system of converged emergency communication by using various transmission link resources existing in National Radio and Television System and the transmission link resources of the public network.The network composition framework of the system consists of three parts,namely,the integrated terminals of emergency network,a variety of different transmission networks and multi-network distribution aggregation servers.The main work and contributions of this thesis include:1)The multi-system converged communication architectures of IP over DTMB(IP over Digital Television Terrestrial Multimedia Broadcasting)and LLC over IP tunnel(Logical Link Control over IP tunnel)are proposed,and the software design of the two-way transmission system of IP service based on DTMB is completed.2)Based on the research of the multi-link converged emergency communication system,the converged emergency communication scheme of DTMB and "Satcom on the move" satellite communication is proposed,and the link bandwidth measurements and bandwidth allocation algorithms are analyzed and simulated,and two technical routes of multi-link ARQ(Automatic Repeat-re Quest)and MPTCP(Multi Path Transmission Control Protocol)for multi-links reliable transmission are studied.3)Multi-link ARQ is selected as the mechanism of multi-link converged and reliable transmission,and the integration test of the multi-link converged and reliable transmission system combining IP over DTMB and multi-link ARQ is carried out,the goal of integration test is analyzed,and finally the function and performance of the DTMB-based multi-link converged and reliable transmission system are verified.
