Along with the continuous convergence of heterogeneous network and the tendency of various wireless access technologies coexisting in the longterm, multiple-connection technology enables mobile terminal with multiple interfaces to keep several network connectionsfor simultaneous communication, which will be widely applied in the future network, many international standards organizations have launched multiple connection related research. In the communication of multiple-connection, heterogeneous network mobility management is confronted with new requirements and issues. When the terminal maintains multiple connections at the same time, how to choose access network and perform connection handover forserviceby network is one of the key issues, which are alsoan important guarantee to optimize user service experience. Meanwhile, through the extension of mobile IPv6protocol, implementation of the mobility management of multiple-connection based on the network side is a kind of effective method, which is able to support mobile terminal using multiple network interfaces and IP flow migration between different paths.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts and research development of multiple-connection technology, and describesmultiple-connectionadvantages combined with user multiple-connection scenarios, and next existing architecture of multiple-connection system is presented;following with some introduction about the basic principle and signal procedureof ProxyMobile IPv6protocol; then this paper analyzes mobility management under multiple-connection in heterogeneous network deeply, focusing on access selection and handover control; target to the issue of vertical handover decision, based on the consideration that different service has different requirements on network quality, this paper proposes a method to performhandover decision, with the classification of network attributes and service flows and objective attribute weights decision based on information entropy, then construct parametersjudgment matrix by network matter element model and relative membership degreee, through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to calculate comprehensive evaluation value of available connections, and compare that with the service requirement, the handover decision is made. In this way, it can ensure the QoS requirement of current service and decrease handover times, thus communication stability is strengthened. Finally, in Linux environment, simulation experiment is implemented on NS-2platform to test and verify performance of the proposed solution.
