Users use the network for data transmission requirements showing explosive growth, in particular, can only be the popularity of mobile phones, making the amount of data transmission based on the map of the intelligent transportation system soared own phone bandwidth limitations so that users can not enjoy equivalentexperience on the PC. This topic is this case commenced, to study an efficient transmission.This project design and implement an efficient transmission method between phone terminal and server. Map data can be divided into two categories, one is basemap formed by picture format,and the second is layer data in basemap. corresponding transmission mode are, multi-threaded socket to transfer the basemap; compressed layer data according to the similarity of the original data processing, to a great extent the use of bandwidth, the transmission in the form of a string.The system design and the realization of the requirement analysis, establish the overall framework, and analyzes the function of each module needs, formulate the corresponding processing procedure, and determine the corresponding data structure, the system of the overall design and module partition, and the system was realized.This paper through the research, design and implementation based on real-time traffic data page filtration system, and on the system unit testing and integration testing, the code on the part of the optimization, and the overall evaluation, outlook.
