| In recent years, wireless sensor network (WSN) as a new generation of information technology has got the attention of domestic and foreign institutions. In the WSN field, ZigBee technology with its low complexity, low-cost, low-power, network capacity and other character has become the mainstream technology. Data acquisition systems based on WSN have broad application prospects in industrial and agricultural production and many other areas.A data acquisition system based on ZigBee WSN is designed and implemented in this paper, and data acquisition includes temperature, humidity and energy meter readings. Starting from the introductory of ZigBee technology, the paper specifies IEEE802.15.4standard and ZigBee protocol and also explains the concepts and principles of ZigBee. TI’s CC2530chip as the solution and C51RF-CC2530-PK development kit as the hardware platform, the paper builds a sink node, routing nodes and terminal nodes. WSN implemented in the paper based on mesh routing. In order to achieve the security of data transmission, security protocols based on Lblock encryption algorithm is implemented on ZigBee application layer.Designs and implements the temperature and humidity sensing terminal node based on full research of SHT11temperature and humidity sensor; Designs and implements power meter reading terminal node based on full research of meter communication protocol. Research GPRS DTU and simulates transparent transmission function of GPRS DTU through the GPRS DTU simulation software. Develops PC monitoring software by WPF, and finally achieve the data acquisition system based on WSN which could monitor air’s temperature, humidity and energy meter readings.Verified by experiments, the data acquisition system based on WSN designed and realized in this paper can be used to sorts of information and data wireless acquisition and real-time monitoring. The system has a certain reference value and lays the foundation for subsequent practical application. |
