With the continuous advancement of science and technology, emergency communications network has been becoming more common. In order to meet the requirement of establishing emergency communication system timely, the research of emergency system has become a trend, and RF circuit design on the front of the communication system also has new challenges. Among many RF circuit architectures, the super heterodyne architecture technology is the most mature, and it becomes the focus of the industry. The architecture has some technical drawbacks, such as the existence of mirror interference、integration、 consistency demanding of the same amplitude and phase of baseband I/Q signal. With the development of IC technology, the problems of super herodyne architecture have been gradually resolved. This kind of architecture has been widely used.In-depth research is carried out about key technologies of the340MHz RF transceiver system. Important factors of the key technologies have been explored, including radio frequency selection、intermediate frequency selection、power selection、the times of frequency conversion、linear analysis、sensitivity、spectral flatness and so on. First, key technical issues are analyzed theoretically. Based on Agilent’s test platform, the extent of the influence can be determined; secondly, based on simple operations and the effect principle of good the system, we design optimally. Finally, of the super heterodyne RF transmitter channel and receive channel test method are introduced. The test results show that the optimized design has a significant effect the system specifications fully to meet the requirements of the project.
