In recent years, the software engineering industry, the rapid development of a wide variety of enterprise management software are also emerging. Accompanied by extensive customer resources. Today, in the entire software industry, almost every enterprise has a large number of customers, the customer has also become one of the valuable resources of the enterprise. In the fierce market competition, enterprises gradually found that competition for client resources is vital. Customer resource is to improve their product quality to ensure the credibility of one of the most important ways. So, how can a more effective management and use of customer resources? With the popularity of computer application software, and the emergence and development of the CRM system, various industries, and even every business has its own set of CRM system to manage and maintain customer resources. However, the enterprise should be how to use it better for their own services, improve the competitiveness of enterprises became the enterprises concerned about another difficulty.In system design and development process, the authors first read a lot of information to learn about the latest technology at home and abroad. Then combined with the requirements of the customer site and the CRM system on the software market today universal function, independent research and development of customer data survey and analysis system. Customer data survey and analysis system provides us with a convenient and efficient platform to manage customer resources. Through a questionnaire survey to collect business information needed to questionnaire for businesses active outside call, followed by automatic statistical analysis of survey data, and results for business services. Today, a set of software has been put into use at the customer site on line, showing the powerful functionality to meet the basic needs of the customers. This paper specifically describes the CRM system, SaaS and CATI related theoretical knowledge system based SaaS system specific design and realization of the program, followed by the full functionality and performance testing, and finally a summary of various aspects of the entire system.
