Computer assisted telephone access system(CATI),as a major value-added service call center,is difficult in the business management function expansion,and costs too much in its development process.To this avoid these design deficiencies of CATI system,this paper re-design and implement a new CATI system to suit the management capabilities of the call center business,pioneeringly the relevant technology and ideologic of work flow is Introduced.Workflow engine as one of the core components of the system,the main role is to act as business process automation manager.The workflow engine as the underlying components to control the operation of business processes jump,aims to provide a set of services which forms a weak coupling,business automation,powerful system meeting the requirements of CATI.To implement the basic needs of the CATI system of call center,this paper presents a new architecture in the way,with each other to form a loosely coupled Interaction between the architecture of the module,the specific form of the HTTP message,the system bus and the like.The module includes a workflow engine with modules,workflow gateway module,call center platform module,back office management module,a database module.In this paper,the main achievement of the background and workflow management module Gateway module.Background management module as the entire portal system Interacts with the front end,the use of traditional and popular web server MVC architecture to ensure that the development efficiency and quality.When the underlying platform and call center Interaction,Introduced in Apache's axis Webservice as a client agent technology.To meet the workflow gateway stable,lightweight,easy to expand the requirements,workflow gateway uses the RabbitMQ messaging middleware and Netty network framework,respectively,as the core technology of the system bus and HTTP server.After conducting a needs analysis to explore key issues related to this paper gives a detailed design and implementation of the module.In this paper,design and implementation of test cases,test results show that the design and implementation of business management functions herein meet the requirements,and finally a full summary for each sub-module.
