The rapid development of the Internet currently, triggered the explosive growth of the whole network IP data services, specializes in processing voice signal services, SDH+WDM transmission network system proposed a new challenge, the face of the data services of sudden, large particle size, scaleand other new features different from the voice signal services, the International Telecommunication Union OTN network technology to adapt to the development of data services on the basis of, by loading the intelligent control plane can achieve a smooth transition to the intelligent optical network(ASON). At the same time, OTN is directly carrying IP data services in the new mode, and this can meet network’s flatten development requirements, and simplify the network structure, and can save the cost of network operation and maintenance, enhance the overall network performance. Intelligent control plane technology for the network routing survival sexuality bring a more flexible choice through routing algorithm and survivability design, then can greatly enhance the efficiency of network resource utilization. At the same time, large-scale expansion of the network itself brings new challenges for the current route and survival techniques. IP over OTN joint networking solutions, how to improve the network routing and survival capability has become the focus of the study of the development of next-generation optical networks and hotspots, and this is the main contents of this paper.In this paper, IP over OTN optical network dynamic survivability mapping algorithm based on ant colony optimization is given. Under the premise of ensuring the network routing and survivability performance, and through the use of the single node relaxation of the OTN layer network topology, effectively reducing the network the calculation of the scale and improve the efficiency of the algorithm, this algorithm is meeting the real-time requirements of the dynamic survivability. In support of laboratory research projects, the paper mainly to complete the work of several ways:1. Analysis the research background and significance of the IP over OTN joint networking solutions, and a great deal of research on domestic and international issues related to the research work. Through the analysis of the existing network, the core issue of how to achieve efficiently IP over OTN joint networking solutions routing and survivability. 2. Brief introduction to the OTN technology of network architecture, including OTN standard network hierarchy, service adaptation process, and also expounded IP over OTN joint networking solutions in the network model, the networking core idea.3. The detailed analysis of routing and survivability algorithms are often used in the joint networking solutions, combined with the joint planning problem of cross-layer network planning process, is proposed based on the ant colony optimization, cross-layer dynamic mapping algorithm survivability. Compared with other similar algorithm, the algorithm is no longer an alternate route set and the physical topology of the storage network itself huge cut-set relationship, under the premise of ensuring network survivability effect by cut-set relaxation conditions effectively reduce the computation time complexity to improve the convergence rate to adapt to the real-time requirements of the network. The simulation results show that, compared with traditional shortest path algorithm, the algorithm can effectively improve the dynamic optical network performance of survivability mapping, network resource utilization efficiency, and reduce the rate of traffic blocking.4. In the horizontal and vertical support, we devebped the multi-layer and multi-domain optical network planning and optimization software. As the backbone of the project, I have completed the virtual topology planning, routing and survivability multiple module design and implementation work. The last part of this thesis, a simple introduction is being to the basic architecture of the software, network-level, functional modules. And software platform based on a simulation of the corresponding algorithm.
