With the rapidly development of mobile communication network in recent years, the optimization of network is becoming more and more important. To help the engineers to evaluate the network performance and analyze the fault, a lot of network optimization software is developed. But nowadays there are plenty of difficulty and problems with the development of network optimization software, especially current mobile communication network is in a state of coexistence of a variety of network systems and their network performance evaluation ways are different, which makes the development of network optimization software harder.To solve the above problem, we study the existing optimization software and design an efficient intelligent system model which is suitable for a great variety of network optimization software. Our model makes the system development simple, and shortens the development cycle, while improving the system efficiency and user-friendliness.The system model includes the following modules:a dynamic data container used to store drive test data with different format; the efficient algorithms to find the drive test data; automatically generate data-driven UI controls; an efficient way to paint the base stations, drive test points and other network equipments and scenes; a real-time drive test track sub-system which can help the engineers quickly find and solve the network problems.We completed the development of GSM network optimization software based on the model and other members in our research group realized WCDMA network optimization software based on this model too, which verified the versatility, efficiency, scalability, and intelligent features of the model.
