As the development of digital and telecommunication technology, the new patterns of digital content and the mode of transmission break the traditional tripartite balance of interests among the copyright owner, communicators, and terminal users. In the industry chain, communicator holds resources and becomes dominator, who squeezes the interests of authors and users. Moreover, easy reproduction and dissemination of digital content, as well as difficulty to track on the internet, result in massive unauthorized uses of digital content, such as piracy phenomenon. In the face of the strong communicators and the established rules of the industry, individual authors of digital content, forced to sacrifice their own interests. At present, the relevant legal system is to be improved and the technical protection methods (DRM etc.) is still difficult to prevent unauthorized sharing, this paper focus on the perspective of the business operation model. Learning from the e-commerce C2C mode, the proposed "the digital content sharing platform" provides a transparent and equitable platform for authors, copyright owners, and users to communicate, share and trade the digital content. With the transparent registration, certification and management mode for digital content, attaching importance to authors and users, the platform can promote the communication of the upstream and downstream in the industry chain, and contribute to the balance of the interests.
