The Design And Implementation Of A Digital Works Copyright Registration And Protection Platform

With the rapid development and wide application of new technologies, a large numberof digital works has emerged. Due to the lack of rights recognition and its ownershipinformation for query mechanism of digital works, and works in digital form can easily becopied and Internet piracy cases are hard to evidence and some other objective reasons,during the process of digital works spread, digital works copyright protection mechanismworks sluggish and piracy is serious. Among them, the works registration module includes four sub-modules, thatare works registration and audit process, messages and mails notification, business reportsand statistics and user login registration; copyright protection module includes twosub-modules, that are digital watermarking and electronic seal processing module; noticeinformation management module provides a content management system functionDrupal-based for the administrator of the platform; system management module includesfour sub-modules, that are user management, log management, certificate templatemanagement and data dictionary management. Considering the problem of large datatransmission and multi-user operating performance, it’s used clustering and load balancingtechnology in the overall system architecture, it also facilitates the user to viewinformation of works on the phone by using two-dimensional code technology.The successful on-line of the copyright registration and protection platform of digitalworks will greatly enhance the awareness of people on digital copyright declaration, provide the legal basis for copyright protected works, and effectively curb the rampantpiracy phenomenon, while greatly improving the approval and circulated processes andimproving its work efficiency for the staff.
