This article analyzes the process of the old TV show "Economy and Law" and sorts out its rheology of the core concept. Like making a television program, we analyze the perspective of the operating rules of the part through taking the "Economy and Law" as an example. We look forward to this approach can promote China’s TV column, especially the specification process of the TV legal programs, and play a little bit of a positive role.In this article, I take the TV show "Economy and Law" as an example and explore a TV show how to survive the difficult process of development under the harsh competitive environment of the current TV program."Economy and Law" as a TV legal column, it has all the elements of a standard TV Column. In the past ten years, it has experienced the changes brought by the entire television industry. For such a column, its joy and distress, success and failure, progress and fading all have significance. This column’s success lies in its survival in the intense competition for ten years. Similarly, we can say that it was not successful, because it is not perfect, and facing a decline, there are still many shortcomings in the TV show. This article explores the process of "Economy and Law " for ten years in the respect of the column positioning, program concept, core competence, process management and analysis of "Economy and Law" in the process of continuous development of China’s television industry, hoping to receive inspiration.
