people's for the good cause of fairness and justice.Radio and TV as a mainstream mass media,is shouldering the important historical mission,bear the important role in propaganda,education,etc,in the process of Chinese society under the rule of law construction,radio and television media under the background of this era is supposed to shoulder for citizens to provide legal information,improve the citizen's legal consciousness of responsibility.So,in the full implementation of the rule of law,driven by big background studies how TV law-related columns by story narration function to spread the concept of the rule of law has important practical significance.In 1985,the first TV program of legal system in China was praised by the audience,and then the legal programs of various subjects on TV screen appeared in the audience's field of vision.More than 30 years have passed since the emergence of China's television legal system,which is still one of the most beloved programs in the audience.Legal TV program is not only to tell stories,but also to instill legal knowledge into the audience through stories,with a view to giving full play to the story narration function of legal programs."Legal report",as a representative of the class of our country's legal system undertakes the important mission given by the party and the government,with TV media as the carrier,through the media public opinion to help people maintain their own rights,strengthen the legal system concept.Since started on January 2,1999,has nearly 20 years,although the media market is relatively competitive,but as a rule of law the "granddaddy" of TV programs,timeliness,authenticity and the advantages of the sensed presence makes it among the Chinese TV legal program,legal report today is an important benchmark,has significant influence in legal cases reported.On the one hand,the selected cases have the authenticity,the audience is attracted by their true story,and then pay attention to the transformation of the hero's fate in the story;On the other hand,in the narration process,the audience can also learn more legal knowledge,which is conducive to the publicity and popularization of the law.With the construction of the rule of law in China's legal system,the purpose is obvious.So,in the process of promoting the rule of law,"Legal report" show as object to study the the ability of how to improve the story narration,how to become the audience favorite TV show has great practical significance.In addition,with the continuous development of science and technology and the spread of classical narratology,after a lot of the producer and director,such as TV workers has put the focus of TV programs to the narrative of TV column,constantly in the exploration,completely-new,story narration has become an important narrative in TV programs.About TV documentaries,star variety show "reality TV" including after the talk show programs,etc.,also have adopted the narrative story narration,make its won high ratings.To sum up,narrative narration has become a common expression in TV programs and even affects the way of narration of the whole mass media.Based on the time background and theoretical basis the author selected the legal system television program "Legal report" as the research object,based on the theory of the narrative,and an analysis of the overall statement today show,induces the Legal report tries to summarize the story narration in the program characteristics and learning experience.This is composed of six parts,including the second,third and fourth chapters.In the introduction,the author elaborated the selected topic background and research significance of this paper,the system after finishing this paper related research status at home and abroad,on this basis,the research ideas and methods of the paper a brief description.The first chapter of this paper gives a brief overview of "Legal report" and "story" and
