The plane structure constitutes the main part of the body. The design quality andefficiency will directly affect the aircraft design and manufacturing process. The planestructure model has many similar in structure, high utilization rate for this kind of partsneed to spend a lot of time for modeling, and for many structure in modeling the needwhen repeated inquires the design manual, increase the design personnel’s workload, butalso in the look-up table and modeling process easy to produce the human error.Therefore, in order to be able to meet this kind of typical structure of rapidity, reliability,standardization design requirements, this paper present the design technology of theactual situation and needs, in digital technology and intelligent design technology basedon aircraft structure full three dimensional parametric rapid modeling technique, thispaper constructed based on MBD aircraft structure template library and feature database,the development of the plane structure parametric modeling system, can improve thestructure design efficiency, shorten the design cycle.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the structure of the aircraft structure,summarizes a series of parameterized can be applied in the typical structure. To some ofthe structure is stable, only need to pass some parameters modification and features ofthe reconstruction of parts, based on template parametric modeling technologycombined with MBD technology to establish MBD template; Some of them arerelatively complicated structure, characteristics, and the need for more variant design ofparts, in the feature technology and parametric design technology support for a featuretemplate.To facilitate the management and maintenance MBD templates and featuretemplate, this paper constructs the MBD based on aircraft structure template library andfeature database, the database was established under the support of the aircraft structureinformation database and realize the program inquires the data. Finally, the application of the secondary development of CATIA V5R18tool CAA-RADE, in VS2005platform developed based on MBD aircraft structure parametric modeling system, thesystem can simplify the design process, and can regulate, modeling steps on aircraftdesign has important significance.
